How to take care of your bag

We understand that renting a designer bag can be exciting yet nerve-wracking, as you may worry about damaging or getting it dirty. Use the bag as if it were your own and take a moment to review our care rules:

✧ Beware of sunlight. Do not leave the bag in the sun, the bag might get damaged and/or discolored.

✧ Do not overfill the bag.

✧ Avoid rain, in case of a wet bag, pat your designer bag dry as soon as possible with a clean, dry cloth. Don’t use heat to dry the bag, don’t use a heater or hair dryer.

✧ Do not put the bag on the ground.

✧ Be careful with hand sanitizer gel. The leather get damaged if it gets in contact with alcohol, mind your hands and the bag when using the gel.

✧ Store the bag in the dust bag.
