Once we dispatch your package, you’ll receive a track and trace code to monitor its progress. Please ensure you’re available when the courier arrives, as deliveries cannot be made to your neighbors.

Returning your item is a breeze; simply use the provided DHL label and drop it off at a nearby DHL point on your last renting day.

To guarantee your bag arrives exactly when you need it, feel free to schedule an appointment and collect it in person at our office in The Hague. We’re here to make your experience as convenient as possible

The shipping cost is €7.99, and we’ve included a return label in your package for your convenience.
